We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Recruiter, who will elevate recruitment at Heerema to the next level. The role of Corporate Recruiter therefore offers an unique blend of end-to-end recruitment and continuous improvement projects, aligning recruitment to our strategic objectives. Your experience and expertise will play a vital role in refine all aspects of the recruitment process and offering. You will leverage your expertise in competences-based hiring to ensure that candidates possess not only the right skills for the job, but also contribute positively to the team and our culture.

Your future colleagues

You will be working closely with your direct colleagues in Recruitment; , Charell Portier , Gerco Guijt and Cornelie Saïdés . Futhermore you have a strong collaboration with People and Organization Development teams, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Communications Officer. You will be reporting to the Manager Learning, Culture & Organization, who reports to the CHRO.

Is this the job for you?

• You are on the ball, managing the end to end recruitment process for your portfolio, including fleet and our global offices;
• As an ambassador for the organization, you are dependable and personable in your interactions with candidates and hiring managers;
• Bringing innovations to our recruitment processes, techniques and tools;
• Collaborate as a business ally and offer consultative assistance to hiring managers;
• Employ data analytics and insights to consistently enhance recruitment procedures and hiring results;
• Harness your expertise in assessments and competency-based hiring to assess and counsel on candidates' skills and (development) potential for future internal career prospects;
• Champion employer branding and transform recruitment endeavors into prospects for potential candidates.

The ideal candidate is creative, result oriented and has a growth mindset. Furthermore you have:

• 5+ years of experience as Corporate recruiter with a proved track record on strategy and/or innovation in recruitment;
• Thorough understanding and experience of change management;
• Experience in competence based hiring;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or (Organizational) Psychology;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Already working and living in the Netherlands preferred.
