BeBee Professionals is looking for a Support Analyst to join our team in Leiden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing assistance with product installation and configuration.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash
