team.blue is seeking a Security & Compliance Officer to join our QIS Team in Leiden .

As a Security & Compliance Officer you take care of both the technical and organizational side of IT security. In QIS (the Quality, Integration & Security unit) you will work together with the other security and compliance officers on the security of existing team.blue NL brands and the integration of new brands in our information security management system. In doing so, you will need to be in constant communication with the various company units and brands.

What your day will look like

To make this possible, you research organizational risks and devise solutions that suit both the company and our customers. Your team develops and maintains the security policies and works together with all layers of the company to ensure compliance, as well as assisting colleagues with all their security questions. If there is a security incident, you and your team are prepared to develop a solution as soon as possible. You will be working on maintaining, analyzing, reporting and following up on security events, vulnerability publications and more. You will proactively search for and respond to any security issues and identify potential problems and risks for team.blue and our customers. You'll also be performing internal tests and audits. You will act as a master of risk management and help with the security of projects, handle responsible disclosures and incident management. You resolve anomalies, support colleagues with security issues and assist in projects with the goal of improving security and compliance for team.blue NL.

What you have

• A HBO or university level education
• English and Dutch is preferred, but not necessarily
• A strong technical background
• An analytical and critical thinker with a talent for organizational problem-solving
• Experience with information security management systems
• including information security standards such as ISO27001, ISO9001 and NEN7510
• CISSP and CCSP certification is an advantage
• You are available 32, 36 or 40 hours per week

Hybrid Working
At team.blue NL you work at home or from another workspace. Once a week you will work at our Leiden office in consultation with your team. The second day at the office you can choose yourself.
