Your role in the story

We are looking for a teammate to strengthen our HR team at the Service Desk. The HR Service Desk team consists of 5 colleagues and is the first point of contact for all HR related matters. As a HR Assistent - Servicedesk you will assist our employees and HR Business Partners with all kind of HR related questions. Conducting a precise and efficient administration is the core business of this role, this includes providing excellent service to our employees.

What you will be working on

  • Answering questions from employees face to face, by phone or by e-mail;
  • Advising employees and managers on HR issues, and supporting the HR Business Partners;
  • Contributing to improvements and innovations of HR processes;
  • Managing the full circle of personnel administration;
  • Processing of personnel changes in our HR system in order to prepare the monthly payroll;
  • You will also have a role in the preparation and implementation to a new HR system with a focus on employee self-service.

The ideal profile of our new HR Assistant - Service Desk:

  • A minimum of vocational degree with a strong preference in Human Resource Management;
  • Up to date knowledge of the Dutch employment law;
  • 1-5 years of experience in an administrative HR function;
  • Experienced user of an employee self-service system is considered an advantage;
  • Used to working with sensitive information and working knowledge of GDPR;
  • You can work independently, but you are also a real team player
  • Process minded, accurate, quality- and result orientated;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Available for 36 - 40 hours per week.
