Purpose of the Role :

The Corporate Recruiter partners with in and external stakeholders for all Pharming's hiring matters. This includes attracting and hiring talent for Pharming vacancies, ensuring that Pharming's mission, vision and culture is incorporated in the recruitment process. He/she is point of contact for candidates and agencies, post jobs, interviews candidates, schedules interviews for others, and negotiates offers in compliance with local regulations.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring managers to identify needs, job specifications, and qualifications necessary to fill positions.
  • Source and attract talent by writing and posting attractive job advertisements.
  • Actively searching for candidates via LinkedIn and/or other relevant media platforms and/or events.
  • Screen applications and create shortlists with potential candidates that fits the position identified, including skills, education, and experience and also competency and company culture alignment.
  • Coordinating the application process with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and agencies.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate with the candidate, and provide relevant information to HR Operations to create the contract.
  • Ensure alignment with (local) compliancy regulations and make sure these are being followed by everyone involved in the talent acquisition processes
  • Participiate in employer branding project.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR and ensures a high level of customer service.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • BSc or MSc or relevant working experience at similar level
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a recruiter, of which at least 2 years in a corporate environment.
  • Experienced in working with Outlook and ATS (such as Workday or Successfactors)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with SuccessFactors' Recruiting Module is desirable.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a natural team player.
